Who is Orner Medical Supply?

Orner Medical Supply is the newest division of Orner Associates, Inc. and a fast-growing national online medical supply store that brings great product selection, competitive pricing, and unbeatable service to the web.  We are wholly owned and operated by Orner Associates, Inc. – a long-standing wholesale provider of medical supplies since 1988.  Orner specializes in products for orthopedic and pediatric post-surgical recovery and have long been known as a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of a line of medical foam products. 

How long has Orner been in business?

Orner Associates, Inc. was established in 1988 and is a long-standing, national wholesale provider of medical supplies and healthcare equipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payments through our website:  Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.   We also accept direct deposit and bank wires.

Does you accept Insurance, Medicare/Medical?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept insurance as a form of payment at this time. However, if your insurance provider provides reimbursement options, please let us know if we may assist in providing any official quotes or pricing.

Is your checkout process secure?

Yes! Our website is protected with the most secure encryption available. Your privacy is important to us, and this encryption ensures that your information stays private, safe, and secure.  We utilize a 128-bit encrypted payment gateway to securely process customer payments.


How can I check my order status?
Once the order is provisioned and enters shipping, tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as they become available. This way, customers are able to inde-pendently track their orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. The best way to cancel an order is to call us at 917.341.7900 before we ship your order. We usually process and ship orders shortly after receiving them, so the sooner you call us to cancel your order, the more likely we’ll be able to accommodate the can-cellation. Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled.
What is your cancellation policy?
Although it is possible to cancel your order, there are stipulations. Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled. We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used. We will not credit or reissue coupons on a cancelled order.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after submitting it. You can, however, place a different order if you decide to cancel the original one. The reason that you are unable to change your order after submitting it is because there is a short time-frame before your order reaches our warehouse or partners for processing. It is only during this slim time-frame that an order can be adjusted.
Can I return my order?

While we always do our best to accommodate product returns, please note the following:

  • Returns require a Return Authorization. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.  Please contact us for an RMA number at [email protected].
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping only in the event of a defective product.
  • Returned items damaged due to improper packing will not be accepted.
  • Credit will be issued after inspection of the returned item, and at the discretion of Orner Associates.
  • Unless merchandise is defective, returns will be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee, applied at our discretion. Restock charges on items that have been direct shipped from one of our partners will vary by individual vendor.
Do you process international orders?

Orner Medical Supply only ships orders within the United States at this time.   The guidelines and standards we follow are very high, and as such, we are not processing orders internationally at this time.

Do you offer any special pricing programs?

Yes!   We offer special pricing for Hospitals, Surgical Centers, Group Practices, and for bulk orders.   If you are interested in one of our special pricing programs, please contact us by phone or email to learn more about the options that best suit your account type.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99.  This offer is currently valid on all store items.   This offer is subject to change.   Cost for orders less than $99 depend on the carrier’s rates, total amount of items, the destination, and delivery time selected.

How quickly do you ship my products?

We try to process the shipping of your order as quickly as possible.  Rather than shipping items out of our own warehouse, Orner Medical Supply ships them directly from our suppliers or manufacturers, which saves a lot of time and ensures that you get your order faster.  Products are generally released within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Are there options available to expedite shipping?

Yes.  Expedited shipping – including Next-Day and 2nd Day – is available for an additional charge. Additional cost will depend on the total amount of items, the overall weight, the destination, and delivery time selected.   If you would like a quote for expedited shipping prior to placing your order, please contact our specialists by phone or email with the items and full shipping information.

Which shipping carriers does Orner Medical Supply use?

Depending on the equipment and where it is being shipped, we may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and more.  We ensure our customers receive their equipment in a timely manner and with the best pricing available.
