Currently, Orner only ships within the United States.
Orders for customers with open accounts in good standing will be processed same day. Items in stock will be shipped same day for orders received before 12PM EST on a “best efforts” basis. Orders paid by credit card or PayPal will be processed only after we receive notification that the payment has been approved or has been credited to Orner’s account.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, with tracking, and drop-off without signature. Next-day or 2nd day guaranteed delivery will incur additional charges, so please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
- Based on availability, most items will ship same-day or next day upon release.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees.
- Fees vary according to total weight and size of the packages, and distance from our location to you.
- Estimated shipping charges are available on request, but exact charges are not known until pick-up at our location.
Returns / Credit:
While we will always do our best to accommodate product returns, please note the following:
- Returns require a Return Authorization. Please contact us for an RMA number.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping only in the event of a defective product.
- Returned items damaged due to improper packing will not be accepted.
- Credit will be issued after inspection of the returned item and is at our discretion.
